
Lynesha Chatman, Associate Attorney
Lynesha Chatman is an associate attorney at Smith Wilson & Dennis, P.C., where she focuses on Family Law, Probate, and Immigration. With a passion for delivering strategic legal solutions, Lynesha Chatman is committed to advocating for clients and guiding them through legal matters with clarity and precision.
Lynesha attended Texas A&M University where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management. She earned her Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where she was a part of the Dean’s Leadership Council, the Black Law Student Association (BLSA), and a founding member of the Family and Juvenile Law Society where she served as treasurer.
Lynesha Chatman is an active member of the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section and Immigration & Nationality Law Section.
Outside of work, Lynesha Chatman enjoys cooking, reading, and serving others. Her passion for serving others is seen in her role as Outreach Coordinator and leader of the Youth Ministry at her church. Lynesha hopes to one day open a nonprofit, providing semi-permanent housing to the less fortunate.
